2023/24 Academic Year Policy

Terms & Conditions:

• Applies for check ins in August, September, October & November 2023, and 37+ weeks bookings
• For 51 and 43 weeks bookings, move in date depends on the residence availability
• 1.5% discount applies for full payments. Payment needs to done in 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

*Interest charges apply for instalment payments.

How it works:

• Fill out the 'Online Enquiry Form' through www.gobritanya.com
• Receive an offer
• Pay the £250 holding fee and accept the offer
• Pay the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival date
• Receive your confirmation letter
• Ready to go!

For any booking is made after the 30th of July; full rent or first instalment must be paid within 24 hours of accepting the offer.

Cancellation policy:

A cooling off period of 7 days applies to all offers accepted before the 30th of July, licences are eligible for full refund if cancelled within this cooling off period.
+ A cooling off period of 24 hours applies to all offers accepted after the 30th of July, licences are eligible for full refund if cancelled within this cooling off period.
Cancel for any reasons before the 1st of June, £250 holding fee will be kept as cancellation fee, any additional payments made towards your booking will be refunded.
Cancel for any reasons after the 1st of June, no refund made.

*Any reasons for cancellation given after the 1st of June will be invalid, unless cooling off period conditions are met.

Cancellation policy in case of a visa refusal:

Cancellation 2 weeks prior to check in date due to visa refusal, holding fee of £250 is non-refundable.
Cancellation 0-2 weeks prior to check in date due to visa refusal, 2 weeks accommodation fee + £250 holding fee will be kept as cancellation fee.
After contract start date and collecting keys – no refund made.
After contract start date and not collecting keys; accommodation fee accumulated from the contract starting date until the date of notification to GoBritanya of visa application refusal will be charged. You will need to provide evidence, such as your visa refusal letter.
