Academic Policy
Applies to Long-Term Bookings (13 weeks and longer) with Aug, Sep, Oct 2026 check-ins
Sign Your Contract.
Guarantor’s signature is required only if you pay in instalments.
Pay £250 Holding Fee. It will be credited towards your
rent.
Pay 2 Weeks’ Rent within two weeks. It will be credited towards
your rent.
Pay 1st instalment by 7th July 2026. The £250 holding fee and
advance rent are deducted from this amount, so you pay less.
No deposit.
No guarantor. No mandatory or hidden fees.
No Visa No Pay, No Place No Pay: free cancellation for visa
refusal / no student status if you cancel more than 4 weeks before check-in
(*only £250 holding fee will be retained).
Change-of-Mind Cancellation: if you cancel on or before 31st
May 2026, only holding fee and 10% of the total rent will be retained.
Payment Plans: Instant Payment (2% discount), Single
Payment (0% interest), 2
Instalments (2% interest),
3-4 instalments (for 24+ weeks bookings, 3% interest), 5-6
instalments (for 37+ weeks bookings, 4% interest)
Student loan friendly: up to 6 interest-free
instalments (0% interest), due dates and amounts may be tailored
to your student loan terms
