Fill out the online enquiry form, on the GoBritanya website, and we will get back to you with the best option depending on your budget, preferred location, and room type. If you would like to book one of the options complete the booking form, we send you, and pay the £250 holding fee.
GoBritanya has accommodation available in London, Brighton and Dublin only.
Our accommodation open to full time students, intending to study at a UK university, and those coming the UK to do a short-term language course. You must be 18 years old or over.
You can book for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 51 weeks, which covers a whole academic year.
GoBritanya does not charge a booking fee, but you will be required to pay a holding fee to secure the accommodation.
We have room types to meet all needs and budgets. The most popular types are Ensuites which are rooms with bathrooms but where you share a kitchen with up to 5-9 other residents. And our studios have their own private kitchen and bathroom.
Payment information will be provided to you in the invoice and the contract. And you will be able to make the payment in three ways, including via a payment link on the invoice, a bank transfer or through the GoBritanya website.
We charge a £250 deposit to secure the accommodation which will be held in the Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme and returned to you at the end of your tenancy.
We offer residents the option to pay in full, and get a discount, or make up to four equal payments. Please note that paying in instalments will incur additional charges and interest.
You will receive your Tenancy Agreement after you have paid the holding fee.
Depending on which property you book your room number will be in the Licence Agreement or in the Confirmation Letter.

Yes, you are entitled to cancel your booking, but we will need you to provide proof of your visa being rejected. The Tenancy Agreement outlines our cancelation policies.
Both parties can cancel a booking. GoBritanya can cancel a booking if the holding fee and Licence Agreement are not received within the timeframe given in the booking instructions and students can cancel if their visa is rejected. The refund policy is outlined in the booking instructions and the Licence Agreement.
