1. Offer Summary

– Referrer Reward: £500 voucher (voucher type selected by GoBritanya)
– Referred Friend Reward: £500 voucher (voucher type selected by GoBritanya)
– Vouchers will be issued only after all eligibility criteria are fully met.
– No cash alternative, rent credit, or substitution is available.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this offer, the referred friend must:

– Book a tenancy of at least 37 weeks
– Pay all rent in full before the voucher is issued
– Be new to GoBritanya (not already residing in a GoBritanya residence)

3. Referral Process

To validate a referral:

You must email book@gobritanya.com to provide us with the following details within 48 hours of the person you are referring. The details you must provide are:

– Your full name
– The full name of the person you are referring
– The email address of the person you are referring

If this process is not completed correctly, the referral may be deemed invalid. GoBritanya is not responsible for any failed voucher delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by either party.

4. Exclusions

This offer:

– Does not apply to bookings made through nomination agreements, referral partners, third-party agents, or external marketplaces
– May be used in conjunction with the re-booker campaign
