Point Campus offers all bills included student accommodation in Dublin. Easy access to Dublin’s finest colleges, famous streets and favourite amenities. Student living doesn’t get much more central than this. Inspired by their waterside location, our two buildings The Tolka and The Liffey provide a strong connection and a free flow of activities between each block. Point Campus has everything you need and more to make the most of your student life in Dublin. With a state of the art gym, roof top gardens and study pods we’ve got you covered.
We’re here to help, and part of that means taking care of bills. You pay your rent and we look after everything else. Rent includes a furnished room with a double bed; fully equipped kitchens and smart TV, plus a generous electricity allowance. Not to mention 100MB broadband internet in every room.

Point Campus has 24-hour security with CCTV, electronic access control and a member of staff on site at all times. Use your key fob to access Point Campus, and make sure you sign in all visitors at reception. This supports your safety and security and helps us keep tabs on exactly who is in the building if there’s an emergency. We also ask that you accompany your guests while they are on site.
Questions & Answers
Fill out the online enquiry form, on the GoBritanya website, and we will get back to you with the best option depending on your budget, preferred location, and room type. If you would like to book one of the options complete the booking form, we send you, and pay the £250 holding fee.
You can book for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 51 weeks, which covers a whole academic year.
Yes, we do. When you book your accommodation, you will be given the option to add a bedroom and kitchen pack. Once you have made the payment, we will arrange for these to be delivered to your room on your chosen date.
You can pay for your room to be cleaned on a weekly basis or from time to time. The team on reception can give you more details.
Yes, you can request an extension. To do so, please email to book@gobritanya.com.
Our specialist cleaners will carry out deep cleaning of each room at the end of the licence period. Any item left behind will be disposed of on your check out date. Valuable items will be passed onto the reception.
Yes, we are happy to provide you with a landlord references, speak to the team on reception about this to see how they can help you.
The check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive before this time, you will not have access to your room. You need to check out of your room by 10am on the end date of your contract.
