Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Price match guarantee is valid for any length of bookings

How do we match the price?

The residence and room type on the offer are the same.

The length of stay is the same.

Check-in and check-out dates are the same.

For group bookings, the group size is the same.

With referring a friend offer, the number of friends making bookings are the same.

How do we verify the offer and how do you claim?

We will verify the legitimacy of the company that makes you an offer.

The offer needs to be a genuine offer from another provider.

You need to send us an email including:
1. The offer you were given from the provider’s official email address
2. An offer link the provider shared with you
3. Your accommodation agreement and payment schedules

Inform us before you complete your booking that you wish to claim the price match.

We will not offer a price under the following circumstances

Please note that if you have requested to apply a competing price after you accepting an offer from GoBritanya, the cancellation policy and cancellation fee may apply. With this in mind, please make sure to submit your request before accepting your offer from us and confirming your booking.
